Our treats are made in the USA with clean, natural ingredients. We use simple whole flavors like peanut butter & blueberry, sweet potato, honey, beef liver, chicken chews, and jerky options. All treats are vet-approved and sourced from trusted suppliers who follow strict quality standards.
Are the toys durable?
Yes. We select high-quality toys based on your dog’s size and chew style. We rotate between plush, durable, and high-chew toys depending on those preferences. Every toy is tested for quality, durability, and safety.
Do you customize the box based on my dog’s size?
Yes. Tell us your dog’s size and chew strength during the checkout process so we can choose the right toys and treats.
What if my dog has allergies?
Just let us know during checkout or in your account preferences. We’ll adjust your treats accordingly.
Can I request specific types of toys?
We cannot guarantee specific items, but you can select your dog’s play style, so we send toys they’ll love. If there’s something you reaaally want, send us a message and we’ll do our best to get it for you.
Are the products safe for my dog?
Absolutely. All items are vetted, tested, and sourced from reputable suppliers that have gone through rigorous testing. Every item is picked with your dog’s well-being in mind. If your pup has allergies or any other uniqueness, let us know so we can adjust your box.

How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date you started unless paused or canceled.
Can I change my box or switch my plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between Convenience, Wellness, and Bundle anytime from your account dashboard.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. You can easily skip or pause shipments from your customer dashboard anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. Cancel directly in your account or reach out if you need help.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. we offer a 100% money-back guarantee and will promptly refund the unused portion of your prepaid subscription.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most boxes arrive within 5–10 business days. You can track the status of your order at any time in your customer account.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
Will my items ship together?
Most orders ship together. If you add extra items, they may ship separately with separate tracking and we’ll notify you when that happens.
